3. Project Details and Approvals

The property is located at Gram Memaura, Sarojininagar, Lucknow.

The project holds a map approval from Zila Panchayat, Lucknow, dated October 1, 2012, for farmhouse construction across a covered area of 113,065.34 square meters on specific Khasra (plot) numbers including 98, 101, 102, and others.

Details regarding the 5,000 sqft plots, private pools, and Bali-themed architecture are governed strictly by the final Schedule of Inclusions executed at the time of sale.

4. Lease Agreements and Third-Party Operators

The 10-year lease agreement, lock-in periods, and revenue-sharing models are facilitated through Urban Euphoria. Any such arrangements will be subject to a separate, legally binding "Property Lease Agreement" signed directly between the buyer (Owner) and Urban Euphoria (Operator). Jindal Property Solution acts solely as the developer of the physical asset.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, and digital assets on this website are the property of Jindal Property Solution or are licensed for our use. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with specific reference to the laws of Uttar Pradesh. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
